Phage Display

This is the technique to search peptide which has affinity with target （protein or lipid）. This can be used for identification of protein interaction counterpart and identification of antibody's epitope. We currently have circular peptide libraries of 4〜12 residue amino acids as well as linear peptide library of 5, 7 and 12 residues. Also, we have established peptide screening system which recognizes lipid and sugar, as well as protein including membrane protein such as GPCR. Please ask us for details.
